No. 973. French bracket clock. So-called "Tete de poupee". Case with turtleshell, brass and pewter. Gilded ornaments and sivered dial. Verge escapemant. It strikes every half hour on a bel. The clock is signed on the backplate and on the dial: Thuret a Paris. This clock was made at the beginning of the 18th century. 52 cm. high
